Overview
This is three day training program that covers the Problem Definition, Benefit Definition, Strategic Options, Project Options and Solution Definition workshops .
The course is customised to the needs of the particular organisation and can be delivered in a range of combinations - 2 days consecutively with day 3 occurring a few weeks later or two parts each being of 1.5 days duration.
Who is this training for?
This course is aimed at organisations that want to build internal capability and expertise quickly in the first three workshops of the Investment Management Standard.
