OVERVIEW

This is three day training program that covers the IMS principles, methodology and practice for the Problem Definition, Benefit Definition, Strategic Response and Solution Definition workshops.  The course is broken into two parts of one-and-a-half days with a gap to allow for independent activity and practice. This gap will be a minimum of half day  at the end of Part 1 for those organisations that wish to complete the full training program over the course of one week or up to 4 weeks for other organisations where extended practice is beneficial.  The course will be customised to the needs of individual organisations.

 

Who is this training for?

This course is aimed at organisations that want to build internal capability and expertise quickly in the first three workshops of the Investment Management Standard.

Courses are limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 9 participants.
