Calendar / Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read this policy prior to booking into any of our courses

By booking into a facilitator training course you understand and agree:

to pay for the training services provided;
to take reasonable steps to ensure that the intellectual property rights of third parties are respected;
that cancellation, or non-attendance within 8 business days of the workshop will attract a cancellation fee of the full course fee (including gst) for each person cancelled;
that rescheduling within 8 business days of the workshop will attract an administrative fee of $220.00 (including gst) for each person rescheduled;
that cancellation or rescheduling outside 8 business days of the workshop will attract no additional fees or charges; and
that Fankhauser & Associates Pty Ltd, reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen illness of the facilitator or if there are less than 8 registered training recipients five business days in advance of the scheduled day.

In the event of course cancellation, any registration fees already paid for the course will be fully refunded, or transferred to the next available course upon agreement with the registered training participant, at the time of notification of cancellation.
