Rae has provided more than 100 training sessions in the approach and facilitation of Investment Management workshops on behalf of the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF, Victoria) alone and her company is the DTF approved training provider. She has also provided IMS training for Victorian, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australian, Western Australian and Commonwealth government departments, academic institutions including University of Melbourne and Deakin University, and many New Zealand ministries and agencies including the Treasury, Health, Defence, New Zealand Transport Agency, Auckland District Health Board (New Zealand), Land Information New Zealand.
Rae has extensive and sought-after experience in the facilitation of IMS workshops having conducted in excess of 1200 workshops over the last 18 years. Clients for these workshops have involved business units and senior management teams and executives from all Victorian Government Departments, most jurisdictions in Australia, National cross-sectoral groups, many agencies, statutory bodies, local government organisations, tertiary institutions and corporate organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Rae led and delivered the last IMS refresh in 2017 on behalf of the Department of Treasury and Finance.

Over the last 5 years Eldar has delivered numerous training sessions in the approach and facilitation of Investment Management workshops on behalf of the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF, Victoria). He has also provided IMS training to government departments and consulting bodies across Australia and in New Zealand. He is a highly regarded facilitator with experience in a wide range of sectors and has specialist skills in benefit specification, tracking and realisation.
Eldar Salkovic is a very experienced management consultant with strong problem solving, interpersonal and relationship building capabilities who specialise in Investment Management standard (IMS) practices. Eldar has worked across the Federal and Victorian Public Service in roles ranging from strategising, policy development, policy implementation and business case development. He was a key member of the Investment Management team at the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) from 2008-2013 and has delivered over 60 information session to 1500 attendees. Between 2013-2016 Eldar was the Asset Management and Development Coordinator, Victorian Government for the Department of Economic Development, Transport, Jobs and Resources. He also organised and delivered parts of the business case training for the Federal Public Service. Eldar is the DTF accreditor for investment management facilitators. He has held this responsibility for the last 7 years.
