This is a one-day (in-person) or 2 morning (online) training session for individuals and organisations who have already completed Part 1 and 2 IMS training and who wish to build facilitation skills, practice and performance quickly. It is also appropriate for accredited facilitators wishing to refresh their skills and ensure that their practice reflects the current standard.
The Masterclass course provides intensive facilitation practice with specific feedback on improvements to technique. We will review sample IMS workshop products, testing their logic, precision and adherence to the Standard.
The group size for this course is small to ensure effective practice and feedback opportunities. It will be customised to meet the specific needs of individual participants and teams.
This course is aimed at people who have undertaken training and/or accreditation over the 3-5 years and are keen to refresh and hone their workshop facilitation skills.
