The release of the new version of the Investment Management Standard has introduced new workshops around Strategic Options Analysis to sharpen identification and choice of strategic options. This is in response to the analysis of hundreds of Investment management products against the 16 question analysis tool. The new version also strengthens the Benefits definition and realisation aspect of the standard and well.
